camera digital review Real Techniques RLT 1408 Stippling Brush

Real Techniques RLT 1408 Stippling Brush

Firstly I'd like to state that I bought this brush from an external site which I think that it is the official site but I am pleased to repeat posting my review here because I also bought some of those brushes from Amazon.com. I really Cant say enough about the Real Techniques Brushes. First, my sister introduced them to me; (Based on some tutorials on YouTube for a girl who owns the real technique brushes line) My sis was impressed of how much these brushes are stunning and how you would easily achieve the perfect look and how they help you to get a professional Technique of a makeup artist, So yes I decided to buy some of them and I then gifted her. She was like touching the sky with this gift. But what I've noticed afterwards is that perfect, neat, skillful make up application on her face. Literally; wiped off all her imperfection. So I decided this time to buy them for myself, I bought most of them and in my way to buy the rest. I am very Happy with those Brushes and I'm really enjoying that feeling of professionalism when using them. This girl who stand on manufacturing those gorgeous brushes is not Joking!! She knows well what she is doing and what we need for achieving the perfect make up!! "I tip my hat to her" I think her nickname is (Pixiwoo) if I am not wrong

  2. Ive struggled to find good quality brushes that are also affordable, and I have to say Im really pleased with this new line. This brush has so many different uses that im asking for more! I use it to apply my liquid foundation and it leaves it flawless. I also use it for bronzers, luminizing powder and for cream blushes, all with excellent results. Im definitely buying the whole line

  4. I am new to the makeup scene. I have been doing research and came across this item based on other reviews. I have used this item almost everyday since I bought it. It feels nice on my face and gives amazing coverage. I am more than pleased with this item. So much so, that I purchased the Core Collection as well!!!!

  5. I absolutely love this brush! But I have to say, the reviews are surprising to me. This is a Stippling brush, NOT a buffing brush. If you want to use a brush and 'buff' in your foundation, there is a Buffing brush in the Core Collection.

As far as stippling (picking up a small amount of foundation with just the very tips of the white fibers and gently bouncing the brush over your skin repeatedly until the 'dots' overlap to form even, 'airbrushed' or 'pixelated' coverage) goes, this brush is wonderful.

Yes, it's smaller than say a MAC 187 or the ELF stippling brush, but I find that's helpful in terms of reaching areas on my face such as the sides of my nose or under my eyes that a larger brush is to big for. The compact size and shorter bristles also make a less 'floppy' brush, with better resistance. I don't find that it takes a long time to do my whole face.

I've used this brush with Revlon Colorstay aand Estee Lauder Double Wear and it works beautifully with both. Both these foundations dry quickly so I work one section at a time, layering until I reach the desired coverage. I'm able to achieve the same level of coverage as I could using my hands, but with an airbrushed, beautiful finish that doesn't look like I'm wearing heavy foundation. I also haven't noticed any shedding. I really love this brush and look forward to trying some of the other brushes/collections.

  6. I prefer this $10 brush over my $17 doller buffing brush form Sonia Kashuk. It makes your face look flawless i swear. If you uses it the CORRECT way, you face will look airbrushed foreal. I just spread my foundation in a VERY THIN layer on a clean suface (I use a little mirror). I dab the brush in the foundation, just the very tips of the bristles are covered. Then stipple on the face NOT BUFF, its not a buffing brush. Its gonna take a while but trust me, It's worth the extra effort!
